Now Hiring - Community Association Manager in Marlton, NJ

Community Association Manager (Portfolio Manager) to manage an established base of condo associations and homeowners' associations. Minimum of 3 years community Association management experience and must hold at least a CMCA from CAMICB. Salary will be based upon skill and experience. Must be highly organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to attend periodic evening meetings. Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the account manager for the Associations within the portfolio.
• The manager is the liaison between the Board, residents and vendors.
• Preparing agendas, management reports, and other documents that are required to be provided to the Board monthly.
• Coordinate and manage various vendors used for routine maintenance, special projects or capital improvements/ replacements for each association.
• Conduct property inspections for rule enforcement.
• Perform all other related duties as specified in the management contract.

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize workflow, multi-task, and adjust to constant changes.
• Ability to follow through, organize, and coordinate with others.
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and retain all aspects of community management.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and the budget process.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
• Previous Community Association Management (Condominiums and Homeowners Association) experience preferred- 3 years.
• A professional and friendly demeanor required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
